The clinicians at DeNome Alliances are here to help you. We are a passionate and dedicated team, united by the same goal of providing the best counseling services to our clients. Each team member has their own set of skills and areas of expertise. Our team is also known for its compassion and drive to help make positive change in the lives of our clients. 
 
 
Sarah DeNome, LCSW
Sarah DeNome, LCSW
Ms. DeNome has been working in the mental health field since 2002. Her areas of expertise include childhood trauma, behavior modification, anger management, adolescent concerns, positive parenting, self-esteem, and couples counseling. She views her role as a guide to assist you with utilizing your own strengths, finding strengths that may be hidden, and then providing suggestions on ways to develop new skills to assist in overcoming life's challenges. She feels each person is the master of their life. Her role is to empower you by helping to provide you with insight and an array of "tools" (life skills) to fill your "toolbox" so that after your journey is complete you can use the tools from your toolbox for future situations. Ms. DeNome works at the Holly Springs location.
Annalisa Youngquist, LPC

Ms. Youngquist has over 15 years of experience and is also fluent in Spanish and Italian. Her expertise includes working with individuals, couples, and families on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, life transitions, family and other relationship dynamics, workplace/ cultural change, gay and lesbian challenges, and effective communication. She provides an environment of safety, privacy, and acceptance, where you can express your concerns and share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
She approaches therapy with the belief that you are a unique individual, deserving of a meaningful, fulfilling, and harmonious life-based on your needs, wants, and talents. You will work as a team so that you can acquire the insight and the tools that will empower you to achieve your goals. She is able to provide some evening appointments to help accommodate school and work schedules. Ms. Youngquist works at the Holly Springs location.
Robert Bell, LPC

Mr. Bell has over 10 years experience working with all ages ranging from children through adulthood. He can assist those who struggle with grief and loss, anger management, time management, parent-child relational problems, and overcoming emotional and mental health difficulties that include Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, ADHD, ODD, Anxiety Disorders, and Adjustment Disorders. In the counseling setting he strives to create a compassionate, professional, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe as they begin their journey towards a new and healthy way of living. Through the process, clients will be empowered to utilize and expand current strengths, as well as explore previously unidentified strengths to assist them in obtaining individualized goals and managing life's challenges. Mr. Bell works at the Holly Springs location.
Paul Regan, LPC
Paul Regan, LPC
Mr. Regan has over 20 years experience within the counseling field. His areas of expertise include child and adolescent therapy to work on such concerns as anger management, ADHD, childhood trauma, and anxiety. He also works with adults dealing with anger management, parenting, depression, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, and life transitions. Mr. Regan works at the Holly Springs location. He is also an in-network provider with BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna.

It has been my privilege to have successfully provided therapy to children, families, individuals and couples, in private practice, mental health clinics and hospitals for over 25 years. By providing a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere my clients are able to call upon their inner strengths to make the changes they desire or to and modify troublesome behavior.
For the past 10 years I have specialized in working with children ages 4 to 11 by providing play therapy, art therapy and other projective techniques to help children to deal with behavior issues, traumatic events, adoption/ foster care and other childhood concerns. Ms. Wickham works at our Holly Springs location.

Al Haskell is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 25 years of counseling and treatment experience in the areas of child and family therapy, individual therapy and couples therapy. Al also provides counseling to individuals for workplace adjustment and conflict, depression, mood and anxiety disorders; and relationship issues impacting families and couples.

Al is happily married and lives in Raleigh with his family. He is an animal lover and his hobbies and leisure interests include spending time with his family, hiking, and studying local history. He provides services at our Raleigh location and also provides appointments on Saturdays. He is also an in-network provider with BCBS, Cigna, MHN, Medcost, United, Magellan, ComPsych, Aetna, and EAP programs.

Krista Hinkle, LCSW

Krista Hinkle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that specializes in working with children and families. Krista's warm and caring personality allows client's and families to build rapport quickly and feel comfortable throughout therapy.

Krista utilizes play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Her goal in therapy is to assist each person with becoming the best version of themselves and to reach a higher level of serenity and happiness. Krista works at the Holly Springs location.
Jennifer Candon, LPC, NCC
Jennifer Candon, LPC, NCC
Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She specializes in working with children and families. Specifically, she has extensive experience working with children with trauma and severe behavioral and emotional concerns. She strives to provide a safe and supportive environement for clients and their families to explore their feelings and concerns. Jennifer utilizes play therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and DBT therapy techniques. She works at both the Raleigh and Holly Springs locations.
Nathalie Sims, LCSW

Nathalie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. In her work with children, adolescents and adults; she assists them with finding their voice. She has a very compassionate disposition. Her approach is empowering and strength-based. Her warm and non-judgmental approach creates a trusting and collaborative environment where you can heal, grow and learn. Through humor, compassion and integrity, she supports her clients in healing and identifying concrete skills to cope with the many difficulties of life. She is skilled in the areas of areas of insight oriented Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. Her specialties include: loss or grief, women issues, LGBT issues, relationship issues, child or adolescent issues, anxiety, emotional regulation, anger management, autism, depression, domestic violence, self esteem, sexual abuse, spirituality, trauma and PTSD.
