The clinicians at DeNome Alliances are here to help you. We are a passionate and dedicated team, united by the same goal of providing the best counseling services to our clients. Each team member has their own set of skills and areas of expertise. Our team is also known for its compassion, professionalism, and integrity to help make positive change in the lives of our clients. 
 
 
Sarah DeNome, LCSW
Sarah DeNome, LCSW
Ms. DeNome has been working in the mental health field since 2002. Her areas of expertise include childhood trauma, behavior modification, anger management, adolescent concerns, positive parenting, self-esteem, and couples counseling. She views her role as a guide to assist you with utilizing your own strengths, finding strengths that may be hidden, and then providing suggestions on ways to develop new skills to assist in overcoming life's challenges. She feels each person is the master of their life. Her role is to empower you by helping to provide you with insight and an array of "tools" (life skills) to fill your "toolbox" so that after your journey is complete you can use the tools from your toolbox for future situations. Ms. DeNome works at the Holly Springs location. She is in-network with BCBS, Coventry, Medcost, and MultiPlan.
Annalisa Youngquist, LPC
Annalisa Youngquist, LPC
Ms. Youngquist has over 15 years of experience and is also fluent in Spanish and Italian. She is also certified in Internet Addiction Treatment and Bariatric Evaluation. Her expertise includes working with individuals, couples, and families on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, life transitions, family and other relationship dynamics, workplace/ cultural change, gay and lesbian challenges, and effective communication. She provides an environment of safety, privacy, and acceptance, where you can express your concerns and share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She approaches therapy with the belief that you are a unique individual, deserving of a meaningful, fulfilling, and harmonious life-based on your needs, wants, and talents. You will work as a team so that you can acquire the insight and the tools that will empower you to achieve your goals. She is able to provide some evening appointments to help accommodate school and work schedules. Ms. Youngquist works at the Holly Springs location. She is in-network with BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Compsych, Tricare, Magellan, Medcost, MHN, MultiPlan, and Coventry.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Barry University and my Bachelor of Art in Sociology from Loyola University of New Orleans. I work with children, teens, couples, and adults facing a range of issues including deployment, anxiety, ADHD, foster care/adoption, stress management, life transitions, work/life balance, grief and loss, as well as family and relationship difficulties. As a therapist, I recognize that the decision to enter therapy is often not an easy choice. My goal is to create a supportive and safe environment where goals and solutions can be explored. My approach is warm and professional. I believe in starting where the client is at and helping build on existing strengths. I am currently in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Medcost, Tricare, United, and am in the final stages of becoming in-network with MHN, Magellen, Compsych, Coventry, MultiPlan, Valueoptions and several EAP services. Dawn Wooten is a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina. She received a dual-track Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Substance Abuse Counseling from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. Dawn has been practicing for over 20 years, and she has worked with a variety of different clients—adults, adolescents, children, people with mental health issues, substance abuse issues, and pregnant and post-partum women. She has clinical as well as supervisory experience and was appointed to the North Carolina Women’s Substance Abuse Advisory Board. Dawn enjoys working with clients ages 3-years old to adults. She specializes in treating depression, grief/loss, adjustment issues, anxiety, substance abuse, anger, women's issues, and ADHD. She is in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Magellen, and Medcost. She works daytime and evening hours.

Beth Johnson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Equine Assisted Psychotherapist. She has been working in the mental health field for over 15 years and enjoys working with families, children and adults. Her areas of expertise include depression, oppositional behavior, behavior modification, positive parenting, self-esteem, anger management, issues with distorted thinking, anxiety and grief and loss. She utilizes numerous treatment modalities within her practice including cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, animal assisted therapy and equine assisted therapy. Beth believes that all human beings are constantly changing and evolving, and her role is to provide a safe place to allow the person to discover their own journey to healing through gentle guidance and support. Each individual has the power within themselves to locate and utilize their strengths for change and growth and Beth's role is to assist the client in realizing those skills. Humor and play are a huge part of her life and she brings this in to her practice. Beth works at the Holly Springs office. She is in-network with BCBS, Coventry, and Medcost.
