Court Appearances
In certain situations, a DeNome Alliances therapist may be willing to act as an Expert Witness in a court action.
If you wish to engage the services of a therapist as an Expert Witness please contact us to discuss your case further. Please discuss the possibility of court appearances as far in advance as possible.
In the event that a DeNome Alliances therapist is subpoenaed to appear in a court action involving the care that was delivered to you or to a family member, you will be charged that clinician's standard fee for court appearances, etc. A DeNome Alliances representative can review the Expert Witness Agreement with you at that time.
