Sarah DeNome, is the founder and manager of DeNome Alliances.
Her background and expertise in the field of behavioral and emotional counseling make her a natural fit for corporate development and group facilitation. Her person-in-the environment approach provides for real world human behavior understanding and solutions. Most importantly her innate ability to quickly build trust and rapport with diverse individuals promotes for honest communication and interaction throughout the coaching process.
Her business experience gained from owning and managing her own successful business from the ground up combined with her corporate coaching tutelage from Madras and Co. creates a powerful and unique approach that sets herself apart from other corporate coaches. Sarah's passion and professionalism to combine her counseling and business knowledge incorporates effective listening, assertive communication, leadership development, meeting facilitation, and team building to assist businesses and the individuals who work within these businesses. Sarah's successful approach is a benefit to the company as a whole as well as each of its valued employees.
Sarah holds a Masters and Bachelor degree in Social Work from Florida State University. Additionally, she holds certificates in Child Welfare and Victim Assistance. She has given workshops and speaking engagements for FSU College of Social Work, MyExpertSolution, BNI Cary Climbers, StayHappilyMarried, Cartus, GiftsNC, National Association of University Women, Wake County, and Pinellas County.
Her community involvement includes organizing and executing charity benefit concert, community workshops for non-profit organizations, and active membership in the National Association of Social Workers, National Play Therapy Association, National Association of Self-Esteem, Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy Growth and Learning Association, American Society for Training and Development, and Society of Human Resource Management.
